Daniel sustained the injury after an awful crash into the barriers during today’s 2nd practice session, moments later after Oscar Piastri had crashed at the same location.
Everyone knew that the AlphaTauri racer was in pain, as he told his team that his hand hurt greatly.
Daniel was holding his left arm when he left the car, and after that, he was seen leaving the circuit with it in a sling.
He was immediately sent to the hospital, where doctors confirmed that his hand was broken and he would not be able to race at the Dutch GP.
Liam Lawson (21) will only have 1 practice session before qualifying tomorrow afternoon but will have the chance to impress in F1.
