Serbia’s Euro 2024 campaign came to an end after a goalless draw with Denmark, who progressed to the last 16.
Denmark had a goal disallowed in the first half when Jonas Wind bundled the ball over the line from a corner, only for it to be ruled out as the ball had gone out of play beforehand. Wind also missed a good opportunity later in the half when he slipped and sliced his shot over the bar after a smart flick-on from Rasmus Hojlund.
Despite not being at their best, Denmark continued to create chances. Alexander Bah headed wide, and Christian Eriksen forced a save from Serbian goalkeeper Predrag Rajkovic with a shot that was parried behind for a corner.

Serbia, knowing that only a win would keep their hopes alive due to Slovenia’s draw with England in the other Group C match, struggled offensively and managed just one shot on target in second-half stoppage time.
