It’s been an awful offseason for the Denver Broncos WRs, and the problems with injuries at that position for the organization continued today when Jerry Jeudy was carted off the training field with a right hamstring problem.
“It’s a hamstring,” the NFL franchise head coach Sean Payton confirmed after training. “We’ll get an MRI and know more about his condition.”
#Broncos WR Jerry Jeudy is expected to miss several weeks with a moderate hamstring injury suffered today in practice, per me and @TomPelissero.
That puts Jeudy’s status in question for Week 1. But there’s optimism it’s nothing long term for one of Denver’s top weapons. pic.twitter.com/KNv0QAUDOR

Jeudy suffered the problem running an end-around in Broncos drills during a joint practice with the LA Rams. The wide receiver grabbed his upper right leg after the play, was treated immediately by the medical staff on the field, and then carted off to the locker room.
Jerry is the 5th WR since the beginning of the preparations for the new season who suffered an injury and can be away from the field for a long period. Tim Patrick tore his ACL, KJ Hamler was diagnosed with a heart ailment, Jalen Virgil has a knee problem, and Brandon Johnson missed almost a month with a problem but is training again with Denver.
