Djokovic beats Alcaraz in straight sets to reach the final in Turin

Novak Djokovic, world number 1, won against world number 2, Carlos Alcaraz, 2-0 sets and will have the chance to win his 7^th ATP Finals title on Sunday against Italian Jannik Sinner in Turin.

A single break point was enough for the world number 1 to close the 1^st set as his Spaniard opponent had 2 break point opportunities, but Nole saved them both.

In the 2^nd set, Alcaraz showed phenomenal tennis during the middle of the set, but Djokovic matched his level and even played even better in the crucial moments; as in the end, Novak ended up converting 2 breaks from 6 chances and won the set 6-2 to clinch ATP Finals for a 9^th time in his career.

In a rivalry that’s been very competitive, this match was all Novak. Carlos served at 86% today & still lost in straight sets.

Novak ties Ivan Lendl for the 2nd most finals at this event of all-time.
