The Miami Dolphins will be 1 of the franchises to compete in Madrid next campaign at Bernabéu Stadium, the league shared today.
Miami will be the designated “home” organization for what will be the 1st-ever regular-campaign match in Spain.
“We are happy to be part of the National Football League’s inaugural match in Spain, a historic country that is so passionate and home to vibrant Miami fans,” Tom Garfinkel, the Dolphins’ vice chairman, president, and CEO, announced after the news about the match became public.

The newly renovated Bernabéu is the heart and soul of Real Madrid and includes a retractable field for American football.
The date of the match and which team the Dolphins will face will become known during the spring.
Miami and Chicago Bears hold marketing rights in Spain as part of the NFL’s Global Markets Program, which allows franchises to hold events and ink commercial contracts in those places.
