Despite that we saw only 1 goal, we could’ve easily seen a lot more as both clubs played offensively the whole match and missed a lot of chances.
Paris Saint-Germain had a golden chance at the beginning of the 2nd half to tie the result, but both Kylian Mbappé and Achraf Hakimi hit the woodwork within seconds and Dortmund lead remained.
Füllkrug also had a golden opportunity to score his 2nd goal in the match and give a 2-goal lead to the German side, but he missed the fantastic ball provided to him by Jadon Sancho.
The 2nd leg in Paris will be next week, as the chances remain 50/50 after the result tonight.
