Aston Villa continue to produce miracles as they overpower Arsenal 1-0 to extend their unbelievable run of 15 consecutive wins at home on Saturday night.
A flying start from the Birmingham team saw them emerge ahead as early as the 7th minute through John McGuin’s spot on strike.

Unai Emery’s men controlled the pace of the game in the first half not allowing the Gunners much of sniff at goal.
However, all of that changed in the second half as Arsenal came out much more aggressive and urgent to put Villa under severe pressure.
Mikel Arteta’s men created a handful of opportunities, but were unable to materialize them into an equalizer. Kai Havertz had a goal disallowed in the dying moments for a handball, a decision, which was thoroughly checked by VAR as it was a tight call.
Victory means Aston Villa cut the margin to Arsenal to only a single point, while Liverpool are the new League leaders after their hard-fought 2-1 win over Crystal Palace earlier in the afternoon.
