Pierre-Luc Dubois has joined forces with the Los Angeles Kings this summer and he hopes that this move will change his current contradictory reputation.
The 25-year-old has forced a trade twice in six years and with the new 8-year-deal with the Kings he is hoping to change that image.

“I’m just extremely happy to be here and to be here for a long time, and just show really who I really am and not just an image of what people think, people that they think they know me,” Dubois said.
The 25-year-old joined the Kings from Winnipeg after telling the Jets he will become a free agent past the 2023024 campaign.
The same situation occurred back in January 2021, when he was acquired from Columbus.
Dubois set career-highs with 63 points and 36 assists last season while also scoring at least 20 goals for the fourth time. He is well aware that success for himself and Los Angeles could help prove the critics wrong.
