Hazard had an illustrious career at Chelsea, notching 110 goals and 92 assists in 352 appearances for the club. He won the Premier League twice, Europa League and also the PFA player of the year Award. The Belgian was considered as one of the best players in the world and many believed he was the true heir of Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.
Unfortunately for Hazard, heavy injuries jeopardized his career and pretty much isolated him from the Real Madrid squad.
