Tyler Toffoli scored his 26th goal on a breakaway with seven seconds left as the visiting Calgary Flames beat the Central Division-leading Dallas Stars 5-4 at American Airlines Center on Monday night for their first win in six games.

Nick Ritchie scored a goal in his debut for Calgary after being part of the NHL’s first brother-for-brother trade with Jonathan Huberdeau assisting on the two goals.

Nazem Kadri and MacKenzie Weegar also collected two assists, and goalie Jacob Markstrom made 29 saves.
Calgary acquired the 27-year-old Ritchie from the Arizona Coyotes just before the trade deadline Friday from for his old brother, Brett.
The younger Ritchie had scored nine goals in 58 games for the Coyotes. Brett Richie, who turns 30 on July 1, is about 2 1/2 years older.
Nikita Zadorov, Elias Lindholm – his 18th of the season, and Rasmus Andersson also scored goals for the wild-card-chasing Flames, who were 0-3-2 in their previous five games.
Jason Robertson’s power-play goal put the Stars on the board past the midway point of the second period, as he net his 38th goal and career-high 80th point of the season.
Roope Hintz got his 30th on a short-hander and Max Domi got his first goal for the Stars since getting traded from the Blackhawks right after Dallas had played in Chicago on Thursday night.
With 5:48 remaining in regulation, Jamie Benn won an offensive-zone faceoff and deflected Esa Lindell’s point shot for his 26th goal of the season. Goalie Jake Oettinger stopped 33 shots.
The Flames wrap up a back-to-back on the road at the Minnesota Wild on Tuesday night, while the Stars play their next six games on the road, starting Thursday night at the Buffalo Sabres.
