France won with an easy 4-0 their first match in the Euro 2024 qualifying against Netherlands. The home side scored three of their goals inside 21 minutes of play.
Antoine Griezmann opened the scoring in under 120 seconds with a stunning strike inside the left post from the edge of the area.
Just six minutes later Dayot Upamecano was in the right place to pounce on the rebound inside the box and double France’s lead.

In the 21 minute Tchouameni produced great pass, finding Kylian Mbappe inside the box and the newly appointed captain scored for 3-0.

Mbappe got on the scoresheet once more in the 88 minute after a great solo run and powerful shot inside the box for 4-0. In the last minutes Memphis Depay had a chance to score from the penalty spot, but failed.
France will face Ireland on Monday in round 2 o Group B, while Netherlands are playing the outsider Gibraltar at home.
