France won against Belgium 1-0 at Merkur Spiel-Arena in Düsseldorf and advanced to the ¼ finals of the Euro 2024 where they will face either Portugal or Slovenia as the substitute Randal Kolo Muani became the hero that send them to the next round.
The show that fans expected when they learned that France would play against Belgium in the round of 16 of the Euro 2024 didn’t happen, as the match just went by without any clear chances in front of the goal from either team.

We definitely can’t remember anything significant in the 1st half as the same can be sad for the 2nd half also as both nations preferred not to risk at all and France tried to score with shots outside the penalty area but they’re show were not on target.
The best chance came in the 82nd minute as Manchester City superstar Kevin De Bruyne shot outside the penalty area but Mike Maignan kept the result unchanged.
Supporters had to wait until the 85th minute to see a goal as Randal Kolo Muani who replaced Marcus Thuram in the 2nd half scored after his shot was deflected and left no chance to the Red Devils goalkeeper to saved it.
