The defensive end was part of the Kansas City Chiefs in the past 4 campaigns, and he played in the Pro Bowl 3 times during that period and won the Super Bowl twice.
Chiefs released him in March when the franchise and Clark failed to agree on a new deal.
He played 15 matches in the past season and had 39 tackles, a forced fumble, and 5 sacks.
Frank was picked in the 2nd round in the 2015 NHL Draft and spent the 1st 4 years of his NFL career in the Seattle Seahawks.
