Tyson Fury disappointed against Francis Ngannou in October, but “The Gypsy King” showed far better shape during today’s weigh-in at 262 pounds ahead of his undisputed heavyweight championship bout against Oleksandr Usyk.

The English boxer was 277.5 pounds when he faced the ex-UFC heavyweight champ, as he triumphed with a scandalous split-decision win in a non-title fight. Tyson’s 262 pounds are his lowest since he beat Otto Wall during the fall in 2019 at 254 pounds.
His Ukrainian opponent, however, weighed a career-high 233.5 pounds. Usyk’s previous high was 221.5 pounds when he beat Anthony Joshua during the summer of 2022.
“I’m prepared to rock and roll,” revealed Tyson (34-0-1, 24 KOs). “Fireworks on Saturday. I will destroy him on the ring tomorrow. I’m heading for his heart. That’s what I’m prepared to do. F— his titles. I will rip his f—ing heart.”
Oleksandr (21-0, 14 KOs) will fight for a 6th time in the heavyweight division. The Ukrainian won his last match in the 9th round with a knockout against Daniel Dubois in the past summer.
‼️ Tyson Fury’s explosive final words before the Oleksandr Usyk fight tomorrow night: “I’m coming for his heart, f*** his belts, I’m coming for his f***ing heart. F*** him.”
