The German side shocked its opponent as they needed only 7 seconds to score the 1st goal in the match. Toni Kroos, who decided to return to the national team, provided the assist to the Florian Wirtz who scored a phenomenal goal from a long-shot.
French superstar Kylian Mbappe had 2 chances to score between the 22nd and the 25th minute, but the PSG forward missed them both.
Germany doubled its lead at the beginning of the 2nd half when Jamal Musiala provide a beautiful assist to Kai Havertz and the Gunners attacker tapped he ball into an empty net.
