The match started fantastic for the Golden Knights as they had a 3-0 lead after 31 minutes. Chandler Stephenson notched twice – once in the 1st period and once in the 2nd as William Karlsson netted the 3rd goal.
Mark Stone and Nicolas Hague each finished with 2 assists for the triumph of Vegas in Florida, and they will have the chance to close the Stanley Cup Finals with a win at home in the upcoming clash.
Brandon Montour and Aleksander Barkov scored for Panthers, but the Floridian franchise failed to tie the game. Florida will need a miracle to win the title, but they already did a small miracle after eliminating Boston Bruins after trailing 3-1 in the 1st round.
The Vegas Golden Knights are one win away from the Stanley Cup
