The Vegas team secure a fourth consecutive victory

The Vegas Golden Knights defeated Edmonton Oilers 4-3 for a fourth straight victory on Saturday night.

Nicolas Roy secured the victory with his overtime strike as he tucked home his own rebound.

Jack Eichel had a goal and two assists, while Pavel Dorofeyev and Jonathan Marcheassault both added to Golden Knights’ tally.

“It was a tight game. It was what you expect in the playoffs,” Draisaitl said.

“It is obviously a team that we could face. I think we know how to handle these types of games. Obviously tonight didn’t go our way, but we will take the point.”

Zach Hyman, Leon Draisaitl and Warren Foegele scored for the Oilers, whose five-game ended in a disappointing fashion.

“It’s disappointing we didn’t get the two points,” Oilers coach Jay Woodcroft said.

“Some of the goals we gave up were preventable. We’re going to take the lessons from tonight and learn from it.”

This is Vegas eight win out of their last nine games. They now face Edmonton yet again on Tuesday night, while the Oilers travel first to Arizona on Monday before returning to Vegas on Tuesday.
