The Vegas team run riot as they cancelled out Draisaitl's 4 goals

The Vegas Golden Knights came out victorious 6-4 in a hard-fought match against Edmonton Oilers in Game 1 of the 2nd round of the playoffs on Wednesday night.

Ivan Barbashev scored twice for Vegas, including the vital goal, which put the winning side ahead. Chandler Stephenson, Michael Amadio, Mark Stone and Jack Eichel each added their name to the scoresheet.

For the Oilers it was a memorable individual performance from Leon Draisaitl, who put 4 goals past Golden Knights. He has never achieved such a feat beyond the regular season and the last time he scored 4 was back in March 2 2020 against Nashville.

The 27-year old extended his goal streak up to 4 games.

Despite his heroics, Oilers came short and will be looking to overturn the tide in the second game, which will be held on Saturday in Las Vegas.
