Stephen waits for the scan results for more details about his injury.

Golden State Warriors leader Stephen Curry was ruled out in 2nd half of the 117-114 victory vs. the Toronto Raptors as he sustained a pelvic contusion, the organization revealed.

While driving in the paint with less than 4 minutes left in the 3rd quarter, Steph went up in the air and collided with 2 Toronto basketballers while passing the ball to Jonathan Kuminga for a corner three-point shot. The Warriors superstar fell hard to the court on his back.

Steph remained on the floor in pain as he later left on his own power.

Golden State manager Steve Kerr shared after the match that the point guard was getting an MRI.

“Curry believed that he might be back in the match,” the Warriors head coach revealed. “But we didn’t want to take any chances. I hope that he will be alright.”
Steph had 17 points in 25 minutes before he left the match with the injury.

Golden State doesn’t compete again until beginning a 6-match road trip in Atlanta at the beginning of the weekend as we wait to see if Curry will be part of the team.
