The Sky Blues forward Erling Haaland has admitted he is not comfortable with the increased attention he has received as he became a bigger and bigger star in football.
After Red Bull Salzburg in 2020, the Norway international became an international superstar when he joined Borussia Dortmund, and things escalated in the past campaign when he broke countless records with Manchester City in his debut season with the Premier League side and ended up winning the treble with his new club.

“Of course, I’m grateful for everyone who likes me. That’s what I dreamed of doing when I was little, so I’m not particularly complaining about it,” Haaland shared with the media.
“I’m beginning to get a little tired of my own name, but I can’t change that. This is not in my control.”
Erling is currently having a 3-match dry spell in front of goal, as he failed to score in his team’s last 3 matches against the Wolves, RB Leipzig, and Arsenal.
