Khris Middleton finished with a postseason-career-high 42 points and had 10 boards and 5 assists despite missing training yesterday because of a sprained right ankle. Damian Lillard had 28 points and 8 assists, most coming after he hurt his left Achilles near the end of the 1st quarter.
