“Definitely,” the Beard answered when asked if he was playing his 1st match as Clipper vs. the Knicks.
James spoke with the media before going through a training today in the Big Apple, and the PG shared he is good to go, barring anything unforeseen happening. His franchise has been off since being defeated by the LA Lakers after OT on Wednesday.
That has given the Beard time to train with his new teammates. Harden has played 5-on-5 pickup and was part of a scrimmage in the past 2 days.
Manager Ty Lue declines to share who will start for the Clippers in the upcoming match at Madison Square Garden, but most likely, James will start alongside Leonard, George, Westbrook, and Zubac.
