Harris was set to become an unrestricted free agent at the end of the season
Montreal Canadiens defenseman Jordan Harris greed to a two-year, $2.8 million contract extension, the NHL club’s general manager Kent Hughes announced on Friday.

The contract holds an average annual value of $1.4 million. Harris was set to become an unrestricted free agent at the end of the season.
Harris spent four seasons at Northeastern University of the NCAA and he is a two-time NCAA (Hockey East) Champion.
In 2021-22 he was named the NCAA (Hockey East) Best Defensive Defenseman.
