Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson admitted that he will leave the team as he will join the Saudi Arabian team, Al Ettifaq.

Jordan will reunite with his ex-teammate in the Reds, Steven Gerrard, who became the head coach of Al Ettifaq at the beginning of the month after leading before that Rangers in Scotland and Aston Villa in the Premier League.
Henderson, who became a Liverpool player after his transfer from Sunderland in 2011, has triumphed with 7 major trophies during his career at Anfield, the most important of them being the 2019 Champions League and the 2020 Premier League title as he became the 1st Liverpool captain to win it in the history.
Jordan told about his upcoming departure on social media.
“I will always be a Red until my final moment on earth. I’m grateful for everything. You’ll never walk alone.”
The England international played 492 matches for the Reds and netted 33 goals during his 12 campaigns at the team.
