Christian wants to work again in the F1 as soon as possible.

Christian Horner will be able to be employed by a team in Formula 1 as soon as the spring next year after finalizing a payout with Red Bull.

The ex-team boss and CEO was “relieved of operational duties” by the parent company of the racing team, 2 days after the British GP during the summer, ending a 20-year career with Red Bull that began at its inception in F1.

The dismissal of Christian shocked everybody when it happened, because he had a deal until 2030.

Horner agreed to take less money from what the full contractual payout would have been because, as a result, he would be able to return to Formula 1 as early as spring 2026. The former CEO of one of the best teams in the F1 will receive around 100 million dollars.

With him at the helm of the team, Red Bull triumphed with 8 pilots’ and 6 constructors’ championships in 2 different periods of supremacy.

Today, Red Bull officially revealed that Horner no longer works for the team.

Before being dismissed, Christian had been linked with Ferrari, but that is no longer an option after they extended Fred Vasseur’s deal.
