Indianapolis (7-5) had to score a TD after Nick Folk converted a 46-yard FG with over 4 minutes on the clock in OT to put the Titans ahead. Colts came in holding the 7th and final spot in the AFC.
Titans (4-8) lost its 1st true home match this campaign and has yet to triumph in straight matches.

Tennessee not only blew a 17-7 lead, but Folk missed his first extra point this campaign with over 5 minutes in the regular time that could have put his franchise 1 point ahead.
Indianapolis will travel to play against the Bengals in Cincinnati, while Tennessee will play against the Dolphins in Miami.
