Juventus head coach Massimiliano Allegri’s claim that Inter have been building a team to win the Serie A title for years has angered the Milan club’s bosses.
The reason for the dissatisfaction of the Inter management is that the club has had to deal with financial problems in the last few seasons and has been forced to bring in mostly free agents as well as sell some of their best players to improve their budget.
Juventus will host Inter in Turin on November 26 in a the big derby of the 13th round of the Serie A, but it seems that the battle has already started off the pitch.
Inter lead the provisional Serie A standings with 28 points, while Juventus are second with 26, despite Allegri’s claims that the team’s main goal for the season is to finish in the top 4.
