Inter Miami targeting Luis Suarez to reunite him with Lionel Messi

Inter Miami are contemplating a potential move for Luis Suarez in order to reunite him with old friend Lionel Messi, reports say.

Head-coach Tata Martino already admitted that the team is testing scenarios with which to lure the Uruguayan striker.

“Within our analysis of the upcoming season, and the needs we may have, we have an analysis with Luis and an analysis without Luis,” Martino said.

“So when the moment arrives to make Suarez’s situation with respect to Inter Miami official, we’ll be prepared to go in the corresponding direction.”

Suarez’ name has been linked with Miami ever since Messi arrived there in the summer with many hoping to see the two Barcelona teammates together.

The Uruguayan is currently playing for Brazil club Gremio, but is planning to leave this December, a year before schedule. He has scored 18 goals in 42 appearances.
