Luka Doncic finished with 37 points, 12 assists, and 9 boards – 1 rebound shy of a triple-double as Dallas took another step toward the 5th seed in the West.

Dillon Brooks notched a campaign-high 29 points, and Fred VanVleet added 24 points and 12 assists for Houston, who were eliminated from the playoffs after not being behind until the final 3 minutes of the regular time.
It was 5th straight defeat for the Rockets after the 11-match winning streak that is evened for the longest in the league this campaign.
With the Rockets leading by 3 with 9 seconds until the end of the match, Jabari Smith Jr. missed 2 free throws. Mavericks were out of timeouts, and Exum gave the ball to Luka. The Slovenian star dribbled toward midcourt and faked a shot before returning the ball to Exum, who scored a 3-pointer to even the game.

Dallas dominated in overtime and won 18-7 points.
Houston will welcome the Magic on Tuesday, while Dallas will face the Hornets in Charlotte on the same day to begin a road back-to-back.
