The wide receiver suffers another injury setback

Jameson Williams will miss the rest of the preseason after suffering a hamstring injury.

Lions’ coach Dan Campbell confirmed the news on Thursday. Williams grabbed his right hamstring while running a pass route on Wednesday and left the pitch in visible pain.

He hurt his left leg earlier in training camp and missed four practices.

The news is another setback for the 22-year-old, who missed the majority of his rookie season through various injuries and on tp of that will miss the first six games of this campaign after a suspension for violating the NFL’s gambling policy.
