Gaudreau, Foudy, Johnson, and Robinson scored the other goals for the winning team. Jack Roslovic gave 2 assists for the victory, but his team still has the worst record alongside the Sharks.
Michael Hutchinson saved 34 shots and won for the 1st time with Columbus.
Brock Nelson notched twice for Islanders as Kyle Palmieri, and Zach Parise scored the other goals. The New York team is 3 points ahead of the Penguins for the Eastern Conference’s last playoff spot.
NY Islanders will host Buffalo Sabres, while Columbus will travel to Canada to face Montreal Canadiens. Both games are on Saturday night.
