The quarterback thinks the media blew the situation out of proportion.

Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen shares Stefon Diggs’ absence from the 1st day of the franchise required minicamp training, not as huge a story as it was reported in the media.

“I adore him. Diggs is my guy,” the quarterback told of Diggs on Bussin With the Boys. “The media wrote too much about a non-existent problem. The team is in a minicamp. We’re not playing a match for 4 months. Stefon doesn’t show up for 1 day; he’s still there, the manager asks him to go home, and they communicate; they’re trying to sort something out. They’re still talking about it. Let it go. It is an old story now, so I don’t understand why the media continues to talk about it.”

However, Buffalo manager Sean McDermott was the one that told that he was “very concerned” that Diggs’ was missing from the minicamp.
