Dusan Vlahovic scored the 1st goal in the match to give the lead to the Old Lady in the 27th minute after Federico Chiesa’s assist. However, Lautaro Martinez needed only 6 minutes to tie the result as he netted in the 33rd minute after Marcus Thuram’s assist.

All the expectations for even better football in the 2nd half vanished as both sides played carefully, worried about losing rather than trying to win, and that’s what happened – we saw no goals in the 2nd half, and both teams avoided defeats.
