Jesper, who gave up 7 goals on 34 shots in his league debut at Dallas on January 10th, got the shutout in his 1st time back on the ice for Minnesota. Chicago was shut out for a league-high 13th time this campaign.
The win keep Wild’s slim postseason hopes alive as they have 83 points with 5 matches until the end of the season. The Golden Knights and the Predators, the top 2 wild-card organizations in the West, began today with 92 points.
