Sacramento Kings is offering 10 million dollars a year to Alexander (Sasha) Vezenkov, according to sources in Greece. As is known, the team holds the rights of the Bulgarian for the NBA. His current team, Olympiakos, wants him to stay in Piraeus, but can only offer him €2 million.
“I will try to find the best solution for me”, Vezenkov said without going into details, after his team won the title in Greece.
The Kings, who also have to pay Sasha’s buyout clause, have shown they want him in their team after his performances were watched in succession by vice president Phil Jaubar, manager Monty McNair and head coach Mike Brown during the season.
