Kliff will be part of the Rams coaching staff.

Ex-Commanders OC Kliff Kingsbury is joining the LA Rams’ coaching staff.

Kliff spent the last 2 campaigns with Washington before the sides agreed to part ways in the past month. Kingsbury had 1 season left on his deal.

Los Angeles had the top-ranked scoring offense in the current campaign, but will have changes to their staff after OC Mike LaFleur was appointed as the Cardinals’ boss. Rams manager Sean McVay shared earlier in the week that LA would do an “extensive search” to find Mike’s replacement and that the organization has some “great in-house candidates” who could be appointed to this position.

The Rams, coming off a defeat to the Seahawks in the NFC Championship Game, will have a significant portion of the offense return in the upcoming campaign. QB Matthew Stafford, who was named NFL MVP yesterday, revealed that he would be back for his 18th campaign in the league.

Last year, Washington dealt with significant injuries, featuring QB Jayden Daniels and WR Terry McLaurin. Only a campaign later, after Jayden was picked as Offensive Rookie of the Year, the Commanders finished 22nd in scoring and in the same position in yards.
