Jurgen Klopp expressed his delight at his team performance as Liverpool pulled a tremendous comeback to seal the 3 points against Fulham.
The Reds were trailing 3-2 in the closing stages, but quickfire goals from Wataru Endo and Trent Alexander-Arnold put them in front to the delight of the home supporters.
“At 3-3, everyone could see that the boys wanted more and because we were a bit lucky today, we got it,” said Klopp. “It was an outstanding experience for everyone who was here. I don’t think anyone would have thought before the game that Liverpool versus Fulham will be a game that you will never forget in your life but you are all welcome,”
Liverpool have climbed to 2nd place in the league after Manchester City’s 3-3 draw with Tottenham Hotspur. The Reds trail Arsenal by two points.
