Jürgen admitted that he could have triumphed with more trophies.

Jürgen Klopp shared today that Liverpool could have lifted more trophies during his 9-year period as head coach, claiming “we know we could have secure more.”

The German manager, who revealed at the beginning of 2024 that he would leave the Reds at the end of the campaign, will lead Liverpool for the final time on Sunday vs. Wolverhampton, with emotional moments expected at Anfield.

Klopp won 7 major trophies during his period with the Reds, including the EPL, UCL, the Super Cup, the Club World Cup, the FA Cup and 2 Carabao Cups.

Under Jürgen, the Reds reached the UCL final in 2018 and 2022, but Los Blancos won both matches. Two times, the Reds finished runners-up behind Man City in the EPL – one of those times with 97 points in the 2018-19 campaign but finished 1 point behind the Sky Blues. Liverpool finished again 1 point behind Manchester City in 2021-2022.

Jürgen’s last title came in February when he won against Chelsea in the Carabao Cup.
