The star of the show was unsurprisingly LeBron James, who tied the game with just 0.8 second on the clock and scored 4 of his 22 points in overtime. He also notched a personal record of 20 rebounds in the playoffs, along with 7 assists and two blocked shots for his 270th appearance in a playoff game.
LeBron became the first Lakers player to bag 20 points along with 20 rebounds in a playoff game since Shaquille O’Neil in 2004.
Austin Reaves had 23 points, as Anthony Davis added another 12, 5 of which came in overtime.
Desmond Bane scored 36 points for the Grizzlies, with Ja Morant adding another 19 with his injured right hand as the Memphis team let a seven points lead in the final quarter slip away.
The will be looking to overturn the tide and win the next three games to stay in the competition.
