Damian Lillard and his agent will meet with the Portland Trail Blazers’ governing body in order to discuss the superstar’s future, reports say.
The 32-year-old’s name has been linked with many moves, but he has remained determined in his desire to continue playing for Portland.
It is unknown which member of the office Lillard will be meeting with.
Lillard is entering his third year of a four-year extension he signed back in 2021-22 season. He’ll be due $45.4 million in ’23–24 and $48.7 million in ’24-25.
The 32-year-old made 58 appearances last season, averaging a career-high 32.2 points along with 7.3 assists and 4.8 rebounds. He has played all of his NBA career for the Trail Blazers and is keen on continuing that way.
