Mbappe has a year left in his contract at PSG, but earlier this month he informed the team he has no intention of extending it.
That has drawn the attention of many top teams, including Liverpool.
The 24-year-old’s dream destination is Real Madrid, but Los Blancos are unable to meet the financial requirements, asked by PSG and will wait until next year
That is why the team is desperate to get a transfer fee for their asset, even if that means giving him on loan.
It is understood that the Anfield team will offer a base fee that will go along the potential loan switch. That way all the parties will be satisfied – PSG will receive portion of Mbappe’s price tag, while the striker will still have the option to join the Bernabeu next summer.
