Mahomes: ‘We will clinch AFC West next week’

Even after 1 of their worst matches of the campaign, Patrick Mahomes claimed that he saw a path for the Kansas City Chiefs to return to their best, as that’s how the organization performed in recent years.

“It’s just how can we correct it and be back to our best in the shortest period of time,” Mahomes added. “We have 2 matches left that are guaranteed, and then you talk about the postseason, and so all you can do is move on to that next day, get better then, and try to show it on the field the next time you compete.”
