Manchester City goalkeeper Ederson will be sidelined for the Premier League title decider and the FA Cup final due to a fractured eye socket.
The 30-year-old Brazilian international expressed frustration after being substituted in the 69th minute of City’s 2-0 league victory over Tottenham on Tuesday following a collision with Spurs’ Cristian Romero.

City, currently at the top of the league, will face West Ham on Sunday, needing a victory or a result that matches Arsenal’s performance against Everton to secure their fourth consecutive Premier League title.
Additionally, City will clash with Manchester United in the FA Cup final at Wembley on May 25.
In Ederson’s absence, Stefan Ortega is expected to step in for the remaining two games. Ortega, who delivered crucial saves after replacing Ederson against Spurs, has been a consistent presence in the FA Cup and Carabao Cup for the past two seasons and was anticipated to feature at Wembley even if Ederson were fit.
