Manchester United have increased their offer for Everton player Jarrad Branthwaite.
The Toffees rejected 35 million pound offer from the Red Devils for the defender in June.
The new bid from Man United is about 45 million pounds with different add-ons if the defender performs well. Despite that, Everton still think that the offer is below the price that they think that they deserve to be paid for Branthwaite.
Jarrad has impressed as a left-sided central defender with the Toffees, helping the team from Goodison Park to avoid relegation in the past campaign despite 2 points deduction for financial fair play breaches.
The Red Devils are also keen to sign the FCB defender Matthijs de Ligt, who is part of the Dutch team at the European championship in Germany.
Raphael Varane has left Manchester United, and Jonny Evans could also leave as he is yet to ink a 1-year contract. Victor Lindelof is another defender whose future at Old Trafford is in doubt.
