Man United stomps Crystal Palace 3-0 in League Cup round of 16

Manchester United got a comfortable 3-0 win over Crystal Palace with in the League Cup round of 16 clash. The Red Devils showed a much better face than the one in recent weeks and gave their fans glimpse of hope that better days are ahead.

In the 21st minute, Pellistri received a good ball in the penalty area and passed it to Diogo Dalot, who found Alejandro Garnacho precisely on the penalty spot, and the latter fired with his first touch to open the score.

In the 27th minute, Mount crossed superbly from a corner and Casemiro beat his keeper with ease to head home a superb header, leaving the Crystal Palace keeper no chance and Manchester United 2-0 up in the result.
