Crystal Palace star could arrive at Old Trafford as plan of the "New Era"
Manchester United has identified Crystal Palace star Michael Olise as a primary target to bolster the club’s inconsistent attack.
According to the Evening Standard, Sir Jim Ratcliffe, the new minority owner of the Red Devils, admires the 22-year-old footballer.
During the summer, Olise was close to a transfer to Chelsea but ultimately signed a new four-year contract to remain at Crystal Palace, although it is known that there is a release clause in the summer of 2024.
The new leadership at Manchester United aims to bring in an attacker to support Rasmus Højlund this month, but the “Red Devils” need to sell players before acquiring an attacker, in compliance with financial fair play regulations.
