The veteran tight end will be looking to bolster the Chicago squad
Marcedes Lewis has signed a one-year contract with the Chicago Bears, the team announced on Saturday.

Lewis is entering his 18th season in the NFL and will help Cole Khmet and potentially protect quarterback Justin Fields.
The 39-year-old was part of Green Bay for 5 years, following his 12-year stint with the Jaguars.
The 6-foot-6, 267-pound Lewis has 432 receptions for 5,084 yards and 39 touchdowns over 251 games and 221 starts. He is one of three tight ends, along with Tony Gonzalez and Jason Witten, with at least 200 regular-season starts and 400 receptions.
