Kevin Huerter scored 31 for Sacramento, but it wasn't enough for the win

Despite missing key players like Pascal Siakam and Tyrese Haliburton, the short-handed Indiana Pacers secured a 126-121 victory against the Sacramento Kings on Thursday night, thanks in part to Bennedict Mathurin’s 25-point performance.

Aaron Nesmith, Andrew Nembhard, and Isaiah Jackson were also sidelined for the Pacers. T.J. McConnell contributed with 20 points and 10 assists, helping Indiana achieve their 10th win in 13 games. Myles Turner scored 18 points, and Jalen Smith recorded 17 points and 13 rebounds.

On the Kings’ side, Kevin Huerter impressed with a career-high 31 points, including 7 of 12 from beyond the arc. Keegan Murray added 27 points and nine rebounds, but Sacramento suffered their fourth consecutive loss. Domontas Sabonis notched his third consecutive triple-double with 21 points, 11 rebounds, and 10 assists, marking his 12th triple-double of the season. De’Aaron Fox contributed 24 points for the Kings.
