Matt was injured by his teammate Dante Fabbro on Sunday against Maple Leafs when the shot of Fabbro ended up in Duchene’s hand, and he left the game and did not return.

“Obviously, we lose [Matt] in the 2nd period, so that hurts a lot.” Nashville forward Cody Glass said after the loss against Toronto.
Matt Duchene (32) scored 22 goals in 71 matches this season. Last season he finished with 43 goals which was his highest career achievement.
