France’s star player Kylian Mbappé is set to return to the field after breaking his nose, and he will be in the starting lineup for the final group stage match against Poland at Euro 2024, according to “Le Parisien.”
Despite the injury sustained during a collision with Austria’s central defender Kevin Danso, Mbappé has shown readiness to play, using a specially designed mask to protect his face.
Mbappé’s recovery and performance have been promising, as demonstrated in a practice match against Paderborn’s youth team, where he scored two goals and provided two assists. The mask he will wear during the match against Poland must adhere to UEFA regulations, which require it to be monochrome and now colored in France’s national colors like the one he wore during practice two days after his injury.
